I visited Toyota in January with my parents looking into a Corolla lease. Ed was extremely helpful in putting me in the car I wanted and helping me narrow down my options between the different Corolla models as well as a couple of used cars on the lot.

When I picked up my car there had been a mistake applying the serial number to the windows and Toyota replaced it within a week or two. Great service, Ed was very friendly. I would recommend Berlin City to anyone looking for a new car that doesn’t want to deal with a pushy salesperson. My parents and I have visited several other dealerships in the past couple of years and none of those experiences compare to the one we had at Berlin City Toyota Scion.

Our experience at Berlin City Auto Group was beyond our expectations. Ed made sure we got the best deal possible while also making sure that we were within our budget and getting the most for our money. His customer service was superior to all other dealers we encountered.

From the first phone call, we were struck by his knowledge and approachability which brought us in there that very day and left us driving out in our new Jeep. From getting us water to giving us every little detail about the Jeep, we felt completely relaxed and comfortable with Ed’s help. We share the same feelings for the business manager Jamie Hoglund. He helped us through the nitty-gritty paper work with poise and ease. We will definitely be recommending both Ed and Jamie, as well as Berlin City Auto Group to our friends and family.

I had the BEST experience. I have been to multiple dealerships in the past few weeks and Berlin City Toyota, Ed Giroux, and Jamie made my visit and car buying experience the BEST I could’ve hoped for. Ed explained Toyota’s commitment to their product with certified pre-owned vehicles, gave me a tour of the dealership, explained how the service department is well equipped, and was very professional and courteous! I really felt like he was working for ME!

Jamie (sorry didn’t get last name) was very pleasant and explained all my options in protecting my purchase. I was very comfortable asking questions and understanding the explanations.Compared to the dealerships I have visited the past few weeks I have to say Berlin City Toyota was HANDS DOWN the best experience in purchasing my pre-owned Toyota.A visit to another local dealership 30 minutes before closing time was terrible and I felt they didn’t want my business.

When I stepped into Berlin City Toyota 30 minutes from closing time, I was welcomed and made to feel that time wasn’t a factor. Another dealership didn’t make any effort to get me the vehicle I was interested in, didn’t want me to take it home that day either but yet expexcted a “hold” payment so it wouldn’t be sold from under me, not to mention…the trade value they were offering was NOT fair.
Mr. Giroux, Jamie, and the Berlin City Dealership definitely went above and beyond for me and getting me the vehicle I’ve always wanted. THANK YOU!!!
